Al Mariya Central is a multi-use, mixed-use project, owned and operated by Gulf Realtyt, a joint venture between Gulf Capital and Real Estate Company. The mall, which includes the Mall of the Galleria, will include a shopping area of 2.8 million square feet, surrounded by Mayses and Bloomingdale, and two 400,000 square feet towers expected to be completed by 2020. The first tower includes hotel and hotel apartments, Luxury.
