A government institution that oversees the health system in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was formed in 2007 under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The program was launched in March 2008.
