They are service centers licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. They provide the Ministry’s services on its behalf and under the supervision and management of national cadres. These centers serve employers and workers in the private sector by providing a wide range of services from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in addition to a number of services for the Ministry’s strategic partners, including Complies with the criteria of the Emirates Program for Excellence in Governmental Service. The service centers provide facilitating the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in addition to an important and diverse group of services (transactions) related to a number of government institutions and departments in the country.
