Standard Size - 1220mm X 2000mm (other sizes available on request). Membrane – SIKA Sarnafil SF G410-12L Adhesive – Sika Sarnacol 2170 Steel substrates, 1.2mm (Alternative thicknesses by agreement) Mechanical properties - Hot dipped galvanized to BSen 10327 : 2004 G275. Insulation – PIR/Rockwool/FoamGlass (Thickness depending on project specification and thermal requirements). Internal Liner – 0.5mm to 1.2mm Polyester coated, Hot dipped galvanized. Metal components are fixed with Pop rivets (supplied with gutters). No requirement for sealants. Gutters are fixed to purlins or supports with self drilling screws (supplied with gutters).
