Fifteen years of fruitful communication between the public and the State Security Service in Dubai were enough to enhance stability and achieve security in line with the strategic plans of the Emirate of Dubai, during which the Secretary service received thousands of communications through modern and smart means of communication to receive security information while preserving the privacy of callers. Al-Amin has become one of the leading platforms in communicating with the public electronically and through field visits through delivering awareness lectures in order to reach all segments of society in centers and schools.
